After a long, relatively bad week, I finally pulled through. I'm not going to go into too much detail about how the beginning of 2019 is going currently. However, I am trying to stay positive and the only way I think I am able to do that is by living in the moment; living for the good days and, while remembering that past experiences are important no matter the outlook, moving on from the bad days. I found this quote online recently which says: "The word 'happiness' would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness" - Carl G. Jung - With this in mind, I can safely say that I enjoyed this last weekend that I spent with one of my closest friends (AKA: Wise Young Owl) despite previous events because I have not let the negative taint the positive.
